Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and postcode.
• The details of your enquiry and any optional project information you choose to share, such as bathroom type, timeframe or budget range.
• Technical information about your visit, such as the page you landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign parameters in the address.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss your quote, arrange a consultation or survey, and manage your project if you choose to proceed. We may contact you by phone or email using the details you provide.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is recorded in our customer relationship management system, which is used by our team to manage leads and projects. We may share information with trusted suppliers or trades only where necessary to prepare or deliver your project. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. If you become a client, project records are retained in line with our contractual and accounting obligations.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set advertising cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to keep a random session identifier while you complete an enquiry, and to remember that identifier if you return. This helps us understand which enquiry belongs to which visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
