Common questions
How long does a bathroom project take?
Every room is different. After the survey and design stage we give you a clear, written timetable for your installation, including the order of trades and the expected completion date. You will always know what is happening next.
Do you handle the design as well as the installation?
Yes. Lusso is a complete design, supply and installation service. We help you plan the layout, choose materials and products, produce 3D visuals, then manage the plumbing, electrics and fit-out with our own team.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Edinburgh and work throughout the city and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, call us on 0131 392 8722 and we will confirm straight away.
Is the quote really fixed?
Our quotes are fully inclusive and agreed before work starts. If you change the specification during the project we will price that change clearly before proceeding — there are no hidden costs.
Can you work with a small or awkward space?
Small and unusual rooms are one of our specialities. Careful planning, bespoke joinery and the right product choices can make a compact bathroom feel calm, generous and genuinely luxurious.
