Design with intent
Every fixture, tile and light has a reason to be there. We resolve the layout and the details before the build begins, so nothing is left to chance.
The studio
Bathrooms, with
a point of view.
A boutique design studio, backed by the plumbing, project management and installation experience of an established Edinburgh contractor.
Who we are
Built on ten years
of doing it properly.
Lusso is the design studio of SD Plumbing & Heating — a name Edinburgh homeowners have trusted for more than a decade.
After hundreds of bathrooms, we created Lusso for clients who wanted more: a dedicated designer, a more considered material palette and the same build team that had already proven itself across the city.
That combination is the point. You get the polish and one-to-one attention of a boutique studio, with the accountability and practical experience of a contractor that installs what it draws. One team, one standard, from the first sketch to the final clean.

What we believe
Luxury is
the absence of friction.
It is not a finish or a price point. It is the feeling of a room that works, a project that runs properly and a team that does what they said they would.
One accountable team
Design, plumbing, electrics and finishing are managed together. There is no gap between trades and no one else to chase.
The finish matters
Alignment, mitres, shadows and edges. The last five per cent of a bathroom is the part you notice every day, so it gets the same attention as the big decisions.
